Appointments are arranged via a Telephone Triage System. All patients have to ring the Practice and ask for an appointment.
To speak to a Doctor, to book a routine appointment or to discuss a prescription query - call 020 7703 3788 between 08:00 and 10:00.
Please note that calls after 10:00 may not be responded to that day.
If a patient visits the practice to request a Doctor or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) appointment they will be asked to complete a Patient Contact Form.
In either case you will be asked for some basic information on your condition and issue. The staff will then put you on the Doctors Telephone Call Back list as either "urgent care" or "routine" depending on your issue. Normally there are 3 clinical staff returning calls.
A Doctor or ANP will then call you back and arrange for you to have the most appropriate appointment for your needs - this will be with either a Doctor, ANP, Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant. He/She will then confirm your appointment time and date.
Where appropriate we will offer early morning (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) and some late Thursday evening appointments bookable by Telephone Triage.
If you have a letter directing you to see a Doctor the staff will book you in directly.
We ask that all under 16’s are accompanied by a parent or guardian when they see the doctor. If they come alone they may be asked to return with a guardian.
We do not allow eating, drinking, smoking or the use of mobile phones whilst in the surgery. If you need to receive or make an urgent mobile phone call then you must inform a staff member and quickly leave the practice. You may however lose your appointment.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to offer the slot to someone else.
