Please note that it is no longer mandatory for patients to wear a face mask or covering when on the practice premises however we are still have infection prevention and control measures in place therefore politely request that you wear a face mask.

If you attend for an appointment your clinician will be wearing a face mask and may ask that you do the same. Our staff are also wearing face masks and we continue to undertake lateral flow tests to manage the risk of Covid-19 in the practice.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Welcome to Camberwell Green Surgery

NHS England confirmed yesterday that Public Health England’s infection prevention and control (IPC) guidance still applies to patient-facing healthcare settings, ahead of the law around mask wearing coming to an end on Monday. From a practical point of view this means practice staff can rely on mask wearing being NHS policy, rather than an individual practice decision, when asking patients to wear a face covering.

Nothing is going to change here at Camberwell Green Surgery so please still wear your mask when visiting the surgery.

We will be continuing to telephone triage all requests to see a GP. Our clinical team have been seeing patients face to face throughout Covid-19 and will continue to do so until it safe for us to. To access our triage service please call between 08:00 and 10:00

If your request is of a routine nature why not try our e-consult service. When an e-consult is generated we receive an email, your request will be reviewed an actioned accordingly. Our email account is monitored throughout the day.
