Noticeboard

Please note that it is no longer mandatory for patients to wear a face mask or covering when on the practice premises however we are still have infection prevention and control measures in place therefore politely request that you wear a face mask.

If you attend for an appointment your clinician will be wearing a face mask and may ask that you do the same. Our staff are also wearing face masks and we continue to undertake lateral flow tests to manage the risk of Covid-19 in the practice.

Thank you for your co-operation.

We are open for New Patient Registrations

We register new patients from within our catchment area which is the Southwark side of the SE5 postal code area of Camberwell.

Please enquire with the reception staff to check if your address/location is on our updated registration list.

We do reserve the right to remove any patient(s) from our list in the event of abusive, racist or intimidating behaviour, be it at the surgery or during call out appointments. Updating Your Address & Telephone Contact Details

When you visit the Practice, you may be asked to provide your address and telephone number as a form of identification—this is to ensure you are still living at the registered address in order that any future Practice and hospital letters can be correctly addressed to you. The same applies for your phone number as we might need to contact you urgently and to send appointment reminders by text message.

You can advise us of any changes to personal details by completing our form below:
