Becoming a Proxy

Some patients find it helpful for a second person to have access to their online GP record. This is often a parent, family member, next of kin, close friend, carer or someone they trust to act on their behalf. This is called having proxy access. If you’re aged 16 or over, you can ask for someone to be your proxy for any reason.
